This contract is between Crystal Muncrief (seller) and ___________________________________________ (buyer) with a purchase price of $450 which includes the deposit of $100.

GUARANTEE: 

It is understood that, at the time of sale, this puppy has been evaluated by the breeder with respect to other representatives of the breed at approximately the same age and has been determined to be structurally and temperamentally suited to be a companion, hunting, and/or obedience dog. This does not necessarily imply that the dog is of breeding or show quality. This puppy is guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery to the buyer, and a full refund will be given for any puppy found to be unhealthy within 30 days of purchase, provided the following is met: 

The puppy must be examined by a veterinarian of the buyer's choice within 3 days. If the puppy is found to be ill, the breeder is to be notified within 24 hours and a refund of the purchase price will follow the return of the puppy and all papers to the breeder, including a written statement from the attending veterinarian stating the dog's condition. During the remainder of the initial 30-day period, the buyer shall maintain the puppy's schedule of inoculations and shall initiate heartworm medication according to the schedule recommended by their veterinarian. The next set of puppy shots is due on ______________. We recommend that you discuss types of heartworm medicines with your Vet.

The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery. 

VACCINATIONS:

All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. 

The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.

RETURN AGREEMENT: 

The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the BUYER cannot take proper care of this Labrador Retriever, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the Labrador back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the Labrador.

OTHER PROVISIONS: 

The buyer agrees to provide a suitable environment for this dog and will not allow it to run loose in an unsupervised situation. The buyer agrees to not leave this dog in a car in hot temperatures without adequate ventilation and shade, or allow it to be transported in the back of an open vehicle without being confined in a kennel crate.

A copy of this guarantee will be supplied at the time of sale.

The BREEDER neither makes or implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. Therefore Buyer's signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
